Family Law Matters

When Mr. Walluk entered the service in the 1970's, firing or disciplining a civilian employee was seldom done because of the complexities of the processes required to be followed. At one installation where he was assigned no civilian had not been fired for over 12 years. In current times disciplinary and removal actions have become very common in almost every federal agency and the need for attorney representation has expanded considerably. Mr. Walluk has extensive experience in all of these areas from filing grievances to representation in proposed disciplinary actions, defense of removal actions and appeals both to local Meritorious Service Protection Boards (MSPB) and to MSBP headquarters in Washington, as well, when necessary,to federal court.
